One of the ways of analyzing sound is to convert it from the time domain (varying pressures of the air) into the spectral domain (energy at various frequencies). I wondered: could you do the same thing at a longer time scale, and see a spectral view of rhythm? My only experiment was interesting (more about this here)...

... but it didnít give the insights into rhythm I was hoping for ...
